Road Closure – Penn Hills/Plum

B & L Railroad will be closing Hulton Rd between Eastern Ave and Haskell Dr the week of Sep 17th to replace the railroad crossing deck and rails at this location. The road will be closed for five days with no through traffic until the project is complete.
