Since 1925, Point Breeze Volunteer Fire Assocation, located at 1002 Center Avenue, has been proudly serving the residents of Penn Hills, Verona, and those communities involved in the East Boros mutual aid agreement.  Penn Hills #4 provides various services, such as, fire supression, hazardous materials response along with Haz-Mat Team 440, and as of 2010, quick response services for Penn Hills EMS.

The department meets weekly on Monday evenings for meetings and drills to ensure that its memebers are equiped with the most up to date fire training and information.

Penn Hills #4 is always looking for interested individuals to become a member our all VOLUNTEER fire association.  The department depends on its public donations and fund raising activities in order to support the equipment needed to protect and serve the community.  If you are interested in becoming a volunteer with us please stop by Monday evenings or call 412-828-0690 — We hope to hear from you soon!!!
